Renata and Miroslaw Stępień have grown vines in Wilkanowie since 1993 on the vineyard they called "Bacchus Field". They liked the vine as they appreciated this utility plant that had been known to mankind at least since Neolithic times for quality of wine produced from it and a variety of other applications. They gave the same name to the area on a hill between Łaz and Zabór.
About 3 hectares are planted with the following varieties: Dornfelder, Moravian Muscat, pinot blanc, pinot gris, Solaris, and Zweigeltrebe. The favourite vine stock is pinot blanc. As an addition to wine tasting hosts provide regional cheeses and cold meats and homemade dishes.
