"Wine Hill" Vineyard (Winnogóra) is also called by the owners "The vineyard in the Garden" in line with its name is a fragment of gardens and a park of 3 hectares, which was founded in Górzykowo, a town famous for its centuries-old wine-growing traditions and unique microclimate favourable for viticulture resulting from its location at a bend in the river Odra. The origins of cultivation date back to 2004. On the area of 1 hectare about 2 200 vine shrubs of only three varieties are planted.
These are two red grafts: pinot noir and Golubok, and white sauvignon blanc. In autumn the vineyard is proud of its reddish rows of Golubok while the garden boasts with a rich collection of hydrangea. Hence, the garden was given the nickname "Hortensian". Apart from this Asian ornamental plant you can enjoy interesting compositions of trees and flowery shrubs. Among them there are many rare specimens, including e.g. American tulip tree, empress tree, Persian ironwood, American sweetgum. The hosts invite you to stroll through the gardens and the vineyard with a glass of wine, and guests can take advantage of a winemaker's house, its banquet hall with fireplace and terrace.
