The hill between Łaz and Zabór, situated at an altitude of 67 to 105 m above sea level, a place where the largest local government vineyard in Poland was created. About 12 km from Zielona Góra. At its foot The Lubusz Centre for Viticulture was built, which was adapted for tourism and promotion of winemaking traditions of the region.
In terms of climate it is one of the best places for growing vine in the region. The area of about 35 hectares of thirteen winemakers with plots for their vineyards. The first plantings were made here in 2013, and the next spring more than 40,000 vine shrubs were planted. The vine hill with its entire sprig is impressive, and yet not all winemakers developed their property. The vineyard is fenced, and tours over its premises are given by the owners who have their plantings there. The Lubusz Centre for Viticulture as a central point of the Lubusz Wine and Honey Trail is in the great position to present individual vineyards, apiaries and other interesting monuments of cultural and natural heritage of the region, as well as traditional products manufactured here for years.
