We invite you to the land of Babimost, to Kolesin. Here in the courtyard of "Kolesin Court" linden trees of over 200 years old grow. The natural monuments which are a valuable treasure of this place. In summer, the tops of flowering trees are full of busy bees. Just behind the fence there is an apiary of Mr. Piasecki. The honey can be encountered in regional cuisine dishes of the "Karczma Taberska" and "Dwór Kolesin": ribs in lime sauce, goose in honey lime, liver with apples, gingerbread, cakes and many other goodies. Our guests are served linden tea with honey. In our eco-spa we use a relaxation honey-therapy. "Karczma Taberska" is part of the "Academy of Aunt Jola" that holds educational activities throughout the year under the slogan: "Healthy Eating for Healthy Living".
