"Cantina" Vineyard owned by Karolina and Mariusz Pacholak was founded in spring 2006 and is located in Mozów, a small village approx. 2 km from Sulechów. Currently on a 3.3-hectares wine grape of varieties that has been grown in the region can be found, e.g. Riesling, pinot gris, as well as others such as cabernet sauvignon blanc, dornfelder, rondo and regent. A characteristic feature of the winery is a chapel with the statue of St. Urban 1st that greets visitors at the entrance. Next to the historic chapel a barrel of the nineteenth century with a capacity of 3.5 thousand litters was set. In May 2013 a recreation shed was built for guests visiting the winery where tastings and organized refreshments are held. The hosts' specialty is smoked trout on vine beds and bread from their own stove. The view terrace, located above the shelter, according to centuries-old tradition is not only for admiring the vineyard, but observing and protecting against the ravenous birds lurking on their yield at harvest time.
