The Winery of Guillaume Dubois was founded in 2009 and is currently on 9 hectares the following noble grape varieties are grown: pinot blanc, pinot gris, Riesling and Traminer. The plantation is located in Gostchorze, near Krosno Odrzańskie. Due to its location and Odra River flowing nearby it was given the name of named "Winery of the Odra Valley".
Vine shrubs are grown in 2m x 1m spacing and are spread as in the French region of Chablis. It ensures better protection from winter frosts. A large part of the crop is still without fruit but wine has already been made from the collected fruit. Riesling 2012 won third place in the wine competition organized during Days of Krosno Odrzańskie. Guillaume wants to make white wines, as well as sparkling wines.
