Pałac Mierzęcin Wellness and Wine Resort

         "Mierzęcin Palace" Vineyard is an integral part of a vast, a property Mierzęcin Wellness & Wine Resort which was restored with care and passion. It is located on the peripheries of the Drawa National Park. The vineyard is the heart of the property and its closeness influences the concept of the "Destylarnia" Restaurant (Distillery) that operates on its premises. It is the only restaurant in the region that is recommended by Slow Food Poland.
         First plantings were made in 2004 and currently on the picturesque area that borders Mierzęcin Lake on nearly 7 hectares of land 19 vine stocks are planted. Main white varieties are: kernling, Riesling, gewürztraminer, chardonnay, Solaris and seyval blanc. Main red varieties include: rondo, regent, pinot noir and zweigelt. Cultivation is a source of fruit used not only to produce high quality of wine. Grapes are a unique source of antioxidants and vitamins for relaxing treatments in Grape Spa. In restaurants that run on the premises grapes they are also important ingredients to dishes of wellness and Polish cuisines.
         "Mierzęcin Palace" Vineyard wines are always on sale and available for tasting and their quality is certified by medals from prestigious international wine competitions organized in Poland and abroad. Recreational pool, complex of saunas, baths and caves, wellness zone, stable, bowling alley, tennis court, Nordic Walking, bicycles, kayaking, conference and banquet centre complement the place as an inspirational place for meetings, trainings and rest. Guests have 83 comfortable rooms at their disposal which are located in the Palace, Outbuilding, Grange and Old Barn.
